Before authorising payment

Before authorising a dress purchase, check the selected item and the full order amount. Check quantities, currency, any applied discount, delivery charge, displayed taxes and final total. Published delivery charges are in United States dollars. See the Shipping Policy for the rates. If an amount or currency is unclear, ask contact@nonbfdr.com before paying.

Methods offered for your order

Use the payment methods actually shown at checkout for your order. Availability can depend on the payment service, currency and delivery details. A logo or a method named elsewhere does not establish that it is available here. Your bank or payment provider can explain any separate fee or currency conversion; the store does not promise to cover those third-party charges.

When confirmation is unclear

Read the checkout message and check for order confirmation before trying again. If a charge appears on your statement but no confirmation arrives, email us with the checkout email, approximate order time and a transaction reference if available. Do not send full card details, security codes or passwords. Your payment provider can help with an authorisation or declined payment.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After issuance, allow an estimated 5–10 business days for bank or payment-provider posting. There is no return processing fee. The Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, the 30-day post-delivery request period and return postage.
